Model and VIN check
Match the service to your 530i
The 530i badge spans older six-cylinder petrol cars and newer turbocharged four-cylinder cars. Send the year and market of origin, especially for an import. The VIN helps confirm which engine, transmission and options are fitted.
Older six-cylinder 530i
Earlier E39 and E60 cars have different cooling layouts and engine specifications. Confirm the engine before quoting a pump, thermostat, oil leak repair or ignition parts. On applicable older models, follow their service display and records.
G30 and G60 530i
Check the turbo engine and fitted equipment by VIN. Some G60 versions use a 48 V mild-hybrid system. A 12 V battery quote and 48 V diagnosis are separate enquiries. The 530e plug-in hybrid has its own service requirements.

Book the service items actually due
Check your service display against the maintenance records. If the history is incomplete, ask for a baseline inspection.
- Oil and filter
Confirm the BMW oil approval and fill quantity for the fitted engine. Reset the oil service reminder once the work is complete.
- Brakes and filters
Check brake fluid due date and actual pad and disc condition. Review air filter, cabin filter and spark plug requirements against the vehicle schedule and recorded work.
- Automatic gearbox
Quote transmission fluid work separately. Confirm the gearbox identification, fluid specification, filter or pan requirements and level-setting procedure.

What details do you need for a price?
Send the model year, mileage, VIN if available and what you want checked. For a fault, include the warning message and when it appears. Some maintenance items can be priced after fitment is confirmed. Fault repairs may need tests first.
Can I book a service and a fault check together?
Yes. Mention both when enquiring so we can plan the work separately. Routine maintenance covers the agreed service items, and the diagnostic quote covers investigation of the symptom you reported.
Can a drivetrain warning mean an engine fault?
Yes. The warning can appear with engine performance faults as well as gearbox or driveline faults. The stored data and the conditions when the warning appeared help direct the tests.
Do you collect cars in Dubai?
The workshop offers free Dubai pickup. Confirm collection availability when enquiring. If the vehicle is unsafe to drive, describe the fault first so the workshop can confirm recovery arrangements and any charge separately.
